Every material fact published by the Institution must be traceable to a cited source. Unsourced assertions are not published.
Confidence Ratings
- Verified — the source is authoritative and directly evidences the claim.
- Corroborated — two or more independent sources agree.
- Reported — a single credible source, disclosed.
- Estimated — a modelled figure with methodology disclosed.
Archival
Where practical, an archival URL is retained alongside the live source citation.
