Commission an Intelligence Record™
An official publication prepared specifically for your commission and issued by the Luxury Hotel Brokers Research Institute following our formal Pre-Issue Editorial Review™.

An Intelligence Record™ is the Research Institute's definitive published account of a single property.
It is not a downloadable report. It is a governed publication: structured across thirteen numbered sections, cited throughout, attributed to a named editor and a named reviewer, and issued under a declared methodology version.
Every record carries an Official Issue Number, an Issue Date, a Version Number and an Editorial Review Date. Records are living publications, maintained through editorial governance and revised by formal issue rather than silent amendment.
Those who must be certain before they act.
Owners and Boards
Principals preparing for succession, recapitalisation or disposal who require an independent, citable account of their asset.
Investors and Capital
Family offices, private equity and institutional capital assessing an acquisition before committing to diligence.
Operators and Advisors
Operators, lenders, valuers and counsel who require a governed source of record on a single property.
Each record is prepared under the Intelligence Record™ methodology and declares the methodology version under which it was issued. Sources are indexed and individually rated for confidence; per-field citations are held against the record.
Corrections are appended, never overwritten, and every published version is retained in full. The methodology is disclosed openly and is never withheld behind a fee.
Pre-Issue Editorial Review™
Every commissioned Intelligence Record™ undergoes a structured editorial review immediately prior to issue.
This review considers material publicly available developments occurring since the previous editorial cycle, including (where relevant) ownership changes, transactions, litigation, financing activity, regulatory developments, executive appointments, capital investment, brand affiliations and other developments considered material to institutional decision-making.
This process helps ensure that each issued Intelligence Record™ reflects Luxury Hotel Brokers' editorial position as of the Issue Date shown on the publication.

- Is an Intelligence Record™ a report?
- No. It is an official institutional publication. It carries an Official Issue Number, an Issue Date, a Version Number and an Editorial Review Date, and it is maintained under editorial governance rather than published once and abandoned.
- What does the Pre-Issue Editorial Review™ involve?
- Immediately prior to issue, the record is reviewed against material publicly available developments occurring since the previous editorial cycle. No publication is delivered until that review is complete.
- Can a record be revised after issue?
- Yes. Records are living publications. Revised issues carry their own issue number, issue date and version, and every correction is recorded in the corrections log of the record.
- How is a commission identified?
- A permanent Commission Reference in the form LHB-IR-YYYY-NNNNNN is generated on commission and is immutable thereafter. It remains attached to the publication once issued.
- How is the publication delivered?
- Through secure client delivery once the record has been formally issued. Editorial status is visible to you throughout.
- Which properties may be commissioned?
- Any property within the Luxury Hotel Knowledge Graph™. Where a property is not yet held, the Research Institute will confirm scope before accepting the commission.
Select a property, a service level, and the Institute will do the rest.
Nothing is issued until the Pre-Issue Editorial Review™ is complete. Editorial status remains visible to you throughout.
