To respond to enquiries; to deliver Advisory, Brokerage and research services you have engaged; to send publications and market intelligence to subscribers; to comply with legal, regulatory and anti-money-laundering obligations; to protect the confidentiality and integrity of engagement information; and to develop, secure and improve our services.

Legal bases

Performance of a contract with you; compliance with legal obligation (including AML/KYC); our legitimate interests in operating and improving the institution, defended against your rights and interests; and your consent, where consent is the appropriate basis (such as non-essential cookies and marketing communications).

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with: professional advisors bound by confidentiality; service providers processing on our behalf under written contract (including secure hosting, payment processing and analytics); regulators and law enforcement where obliged; and successors in the event of a business transfer.
