Luxury Hotel Brokers Ltd is a professional services institution providing research, advisory and brokerage services to the global luxury hotel market. Its operations are conducted principally from London and it engages a limited professional supply chain.
Our position
The institution has zero tolerance for modern slavery or human trafficking within its operations or its supply chain. Where the annual turnover threshold under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 applies in a given financial year, the institution publishes a full statement in accordance with that section on this page. In all other years, this statement is published voluntarily to affirm the institution's standing position.
Supply chain
The institution's supply chain comprises professional services — including legal advisors, technology providers and specialist consultants — and a limited number of suppliers of print and hospitality services. Suppliers are engaged on the basis of professional standing and are expected to observe the standards of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Personnel
All personnel are engaged on terms that meet or exceed statutory obligations. The institution does not tolerate coerced labour, undocumented labour or exploitative working arrangements at any level of its engagement.
