Luxury Hotel Brokers exists to create and apply trusted knowledge that improves decisions throughout the global luxury hospitality industry.
Purpose and Philosophy
The institution's purpose is to advance the global luxury hotel industry through independent intelligence, trusted advisory services and exceptional transaction execution. Its philosophy explains the means by which that purpose is pursued: the creation and application of trusted knowledge, in the service of better decisions throughout the sector.
Trusted knowledge
Trusted knowledge is knowledge that is independently produced, methodologically disclosed, evidenced against the record, and preserved as a permanent citation. It is not opinion, promotion or commentary. The institution treats trusted knowledge as an asset that compounds in value across decades — never as content to be consumed and discarded.
Improved decisions
The measure of the institution's work is not the volume of what it publishes, but whether it improves the decisions of the owners, investors and institutions that steward the world's most distinguished hotels. Every research publication, index, methodology, advisory engagement and transaction is directed toward that single end.
