Governs the structure, editorial voice, citation model, governance disclosures, typography and publication architecture of every property-level Intelligence Record™.
Frozen Elements
- Editorial model — masthead, Roman-numeraled sections, executive summary with drop cap.
- Governance model — approval authority, editor, reviewer, corrections log.
- Citation system — inline superscripts linked to full source cards with confidence ratings.
- Methodology disclosure — every derived figure explains its provenance.
- Typography — editorial display for narrative, institutional text for body, institutional data for identifiers.
- Publication architecture — permanent identifier, version, canonical URL, print stylesheet.
Amendment
Structural change is proposed as a controlled enhancement, evaluated against Reference Property No. 001 before platform-wide propagation.
