This Framework defines not merely how the Institution is organised, but how it learns, how it governs, and how it ensures that knowledge entrusted to one generation becomes a lasting inheritance for the next.
Opening Statement
Luxury Hotel Brokers exists to preserve, create, organise and apply trusted knowledge for the long-term advancement of the global luxury hospitality industry. Accordingly, the Institution organises itself not merely through administrative roles, but through enduring responsibilities that support research, stewardship, governance and professional excellence. The Institutional Organisation Framework™ defines those responsibilities.
I. Founders
The Founders are the custodians of the Institution's long-term purpose. Their responsibility is neither operational nor administrative; it is constitutional.

- Appointment of executive leadership.
- Protection of the Institution's independence.

XI. Partners
The Institution engages with professional organisations, hospitality brands, research collaborators, technology providers, publishers, industry associations and universities. Partnerships do not compromise editorial independence.
XII. Students
Luxury Hotel Brokers exists not merely to learn from today's leaders, but to educate tomorrow's leaders. The Institution shall, in due course, extend its work to future internships, research placements, graduate collaborations, scholarships and research competitions.
XIII. The Flow of Knowledge
Industry → Owners, Operators, Architects, Brands, Universities and Researchers → Knowledge Graph™ → Standards → Methodologies → Research Institute → Editorial Review → Institutional Publications → Industry. This continuous circulation is the mechanism by which the Institution learns and returns knowledge to the world it studies.
XIV. Guiding Principle
Luxury Hotel Brokers should become the institution that every great hospitality school, every leading advisory firm, every luxury hotel, every owner, every architect, every investor and every journalist can contribute to — and learn from.
XV. Founders' Maxim No. 1
Every new component should make Luxury Hotel Brokers more useful, more trustworthy, more citable, and more enduring than it was before.
Final Statement
Luxury Hotel Brokers believes that institutions become enduring not through the number of people they employ, but through the quality of the knowledge they preserve, the integrity with which they govern it, and the generosity with which they share it. Every role within the Institution exists in service of that enduring responsibility.
Governance
Future amendments to this Framework require editorial review, Board approval, versioned publication and permanent archival. Superseded versions retain their permalink.
