Investment Advisory Panel.

A permanent panel providing counsel on the Brokerage's advisory practice — on the disciplines of transaction execution, on the obligations owed to investors and principals, and on the standards to which advice is held.

Mandate

The Panel counsels the leadership of the Brokerage and the Advisory practice on transactional standards, on the obligations owed to investors and principals, and on the discipline of advice in complex cross-border engagements.

Composition

The Panel comprises senior figures with substantive experience of hotel investment, principal-side advisory, capital markets and legal and regulatory practice material to hospitality transactions.

Independence

The Panel operates independently of individual engagements and does not receive confidential engagement information. Material interests are disclosed in the Register of Interests.

Relationship to the Research Institute

The Panel's counsel is directed to the practice, not to the Institute. It exercises no editorial function over Institute publications.

Appointments in progress

Appointments to this body are made on the basis of institutional standing, independence and expertise. The framework is established; appointments are announced individually as they are confirmed.
