The Editorial Board.
The standing body responsible for the editorial integrity of the LHB Research Institute — for the standards to which every publication is held, and for the corrections and retractions register.
Mandate
The Editorial Board holds the Institute to the standards set out in the Research Charter and the Editorial Standards. It approves publication of the Institute's flagship work, oversees methodological change, and adjudicates corrections and retractions.
Composition
The Board comprises senior editorial and research figures appointed for their standing, independence and expertise across the disciplines material to the institution's work — luxury hospitality, hotel investment, market research and editorial governance.
Terms of reference
Members are appointed for renewable terms. The Board meets quarterly and on such other occasions as its business requires. Its decisions on publication, correction and retraction are final within the institution.
Independence
No member of the Editorial Board may hold an executive role in the Advisory practice or the Brokerage. Material interests are disclosed in the Register of Interests.
Appointments to this body are made on the basis of institutional standing, independence and expertise. The framework is established; appointments are announced individually as they are confirmed.
